This work package focuses on creating Living Labs to promote inclusive employment in the GLAM sector.
Essentially, WP4 aims to create sustainable and impactful change by establishing local networks that drive inclusive employment practices within the GLAM sector.
The INCLUDED Living Lab Handbook supports the implementation of Living Labs and co-creation processes on inclusive employment in the GLAM sector. It describes the methodology of Living Labs and possible ways to plan and implement Living Lab activities.
The INCLUDED Policy Paper summarizes the findings of the national Living Lab activities and names concrete policy recommendations on inclusive employment in the GLAM sector”
This document is the conclusion of two years of work in the INCLUDED project. It aims at naming recommendations for action to foster social inclusion in general, and inclusive employment in specific in the European GLAM sector.

The toolkit, is an online resource in PDF format, developed for adult educators to help them in facilitating work with adults with disabilities. The purpose is to develop more generic and more specific learning scenarios for online and face 2 face instruction, including the different sectors in GLAM.
This project outlines a blended learning course for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) seeking employment in the GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, Museums) sector. The course aims to equip participants with the essential digital skills and knowledge required for successful careers in this field.
Key Modules:
Module 1: The Digital GLAM-Sector
Focuses on foundational digital skills, digital competence in the GLAM sector, online navigation, and the impact of digital transformation.
Module 2: IT Security for the GLAM sector
Covers IT security principles, client and information security measures, social media safety, and security policies within the GLAM sector.
Module 3: Communication & Cooperation
Emphasizes audience development, digital collaboration, netiquette, and the use of digital tools for effective communication.
Module 4: Digital Content Creation
Introduces digital content creation, digital collection management, content sharing strategies, and copyright considerations.
The intention in the INCLUDED project is to make an impact on the capacity of adult education providers for flexible and high quality learning opportunities for adults with disabilities. The reporting of this document, constitutes one of the main outputs of Work Package 2 (WP2) of project: a comprehensive report analysing the methodological framework and the findings of the research phase from the partner countries. The comprehensive/comparative report includes a summary of all data collected from the national reports and suggestions to move forward with the digital resources of WP3. The report concludes with a dedicated Guide for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector.
